The Cohen Family

Since 1998 Jacques and Yochi Cohen have been running “Cohen’s”, which for many guests has become their favourite place to eat out. For clients from home and abroad, here with us is like a “second living room”. The restaurant is located in the heart of Schwabing, surrounded by Munich’s galleries. The presence of numerous artists, students, writers and publishers lends Cohen’s an international flair.

The foundations were laid in the 1960s by grandfather Kurt Cohen together with his wife Mirijam. Both had the idea of opening a Jewish restaurant in Munich. Over the years Cohen’s has developed into a meeting place for Jewish and non-Jewish guests alike.
